Things To Keep In Mind
Creatrip members can book at a discounted price.
The fare for adults and children is the same.
You may not be able to use it if you don't arrive 20 minutes before departure.
Boarding is allowed for those 5 years or older and over 100cm tall. Those over 65 years old cannot board. (Those under 14 years of age can board with a guardian).
Even if you meet the boarding conditions, you may not be able to board at the discretion of the on-site safety personnel, and in this case, you can get a refund.
Due to bad weather or business conditions, the operating hours may be changed.
You must complete the reservation at least 2 days before the use date. You can book tickets for dates up to 30 days from the current date.
A voucher (bar code) will be sent within 1 to 2 business days after purchase, so please use it according to the reservation date.
Please keep in mind that this ticket cannot be refunded once the voucher is sent out.
If one representative purchases multiple tickets, it will be issued with one representative voucher (bar code) and all participants must enter at the same time.
If you want to add more people on-site, you have to buy it at the ticket office at the standard price.
