Reservations changes and cancellations can be made up to 3 days before departure. If you cancel the tour, there will be a cancellation fee of 20,000 won.
In the case of cancellations due to COVID-19 and/or bad weather, the basic minimum cost of 20,000 won per person will be excluded from the refund.
Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior. If you are late you cannot participate in the tour.

The minimum number of departures is 8 people but you can make reservations for more than one person. If there is a total of fewer than 8 people, the prices may increase. Please email help@creatrip.com for more details.
The total number of participants in the tour must be at least 20 to proceed with the tug-of-war game introduced in Squid Game. If the number of participants doesn't meet the guidelines, the schedule may change to other games such as making dalgona.
