Only iOS 12.1 is supported. This eSiM is not supported on iPhones purchased from mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau.

There is no function that allows the cellphone to recognize its own QR code from the device itself, so please make sure to print the voucher or register the QR code in advance.

The eSIM can be used immediately after activation but must be connected to wireless data while doing so. We recommend you register while using the free Wi-Fi after arriving at Incheon Airport.

Apple: iPhone 11 / 11pro / 11proMAX / XS / XS MAX / XR / iPhone SE (2nd Gen) - Supported on all models after iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR.

5G is not available if you have an iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro, or iPhone 12 Pro Max and both phone lines are active. To use 5G on these iPhone models, turn off one of the phone lines to disable dual SIM mode.

iPhones purchased from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau are not supported by this eSIM.

How To Register Your eSIM Card And Things To Keep In Mind

Turn on 'Data Roaming' before using it.

There is no function to recognize the QR code in the cell phone, so please print the voucher or register the QR code in advance.

It can be used immediately after eSIM registration but must be connected to wireless data. (We recommend you register using free Wi-Fi after arriving at the airport.)

Please check the manual that comes with the voucher email.

1. Click Settings > Cellular > "Add Cellular Plan"

2. Scan the QR code in the voucher received by email after purchasing (Turn on Data Roaming before you scan)

3. Existing USIM - Main / Local eSIM - Assistance (It will be set automatically so click "Continue")

4. For the Default line, click "Main" then "Continue"

5. For iMessage and FaceTime, click "Main" then "Continue"

6. In Cellular Data, click "Secondary", turn on "Allow Cellular Data Switching", then click "Continue"

7. For Preferred Line Updates For Contacts, click "Main" then "Continue"

8. Click Settings > Cellular > "Main"

9. Turn off "Data Roaming" (Roaming charges may apply if data roaming is turned on on the "Main" line)

10. Click Reset > Cellular > "Secondary"

11. Turn on "Data Roaming" (You must turn on data roaming on the secondary line to use it normally)

12. If secondary is enabled on the antenna display, setup is complete (It takes about 1 minute for the secondary data eSIM to be activated, and you can use it normally after you reboot)

FAQ 

Q) How do I get the eSIM I ordered?
A) The reservation will be confirmed within one business day of purchase, and an e-mail containing the QR code and manual will be sent after purchase. 

Q) What do I do when the APN isn't set up automatically?
A) 1. Follow the APN setting manual in the eSIM voucher.

    2. Check the USIM recognition and connection status after rebooting your smartphone.

    3. Contact the mobile phone manufacturer or carrier to check if the country lock has been removed.

    4. Contact the customer service of the domestic phone carrier you are subscribed to and make sure you are not subscribed to a mobile phone protection plan.

Q) It doesn't work even after scanning the QR code and setting up the APN.
A) 1. Reboot your smartphone and check the eSIM recognition and connection.

    2. Check if the country lock is removed with your mobile phone manufacturer or carrier.
