How To Use
- Only iOS 12.1 is supported. This eSiM is not supported on iPhones purchased from mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau.
- There is no function that allows the cellphone to recognize its own QR code from the device itself, so please make sure to print the voucher or register the QR code in advance.
- The eSIM can be used immediately after activation but must be connected to wireless data while doing so. We recommend you register while using the free Wi-Fi after arriving at Incheon Airport.
Cancelation Policy
- Refund or cancelation is not possible once the voucher is sent.
- The eSIM expires 6 months after the voucher is received. A refund is not possible even if you don't use it before the expiration date.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Please check whether the smartphone you are currently using is a model that supports the eSIM card before purchasing it. *For iPhones, only models released after XS are supported.*
- E-sim products are data-only products. (There is no call minutes or texting available).
