TEAZEN Kombucha
Citron/Berry
Price: 7,000 won (10 sticks)
Calories: 15kcal / 1 stick
First on our list is kombucha from the brand TEAZEN that's loved by BTS Jungkook!
As soon as he mentioned that he was drinking this at a V Live at the end of February, the product was sold out within 3 days!
Kombucha is a fermented tea made by extracting green tea or black tea, and sugar. It contains 12 types of lactic acid bacteria and probiotics, which has many health benefits.
It has a sweet and sour taste, with a little carbonic acid.
There are two main benefits of kombucha.
First, your metabolism may slow down when you're trying to lose weight and drinking kombucha boosts your metabolism!
Second, thanks to the 12 types of lactic acid bacteria and probiotics, it digests well and discharges toxins from our bodies.
It's also very easy to make!
Add the kombucha powder to 250ml of water and mix it well.
You can easily bring it to-go and just pour some water.
You can adjust the temperature of the water, but the colder it is, the better the frizz so we recommend drinking it cold.
We tried the citron and berry flavors.
I personally enjoy drinking citron tea, and I was surprised by how delicious it tasted. It tasted just like a citron ade I usually order at cafes.
The berry flavor contains 8 kinds of berries including blueberry, cranberry, and raspberry. It has a refreshing and sweet fruity taste.
Even though both of the drinks don't contain any artificial sweeteners, it tasted very sweet and delicious.
It's incredible that this drink contains 0 grams of sugar!
It's also only 15 calories for one glass, so you can drink it without feeling guilty when you're trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Jjajang/Spicy

I'm sure you've heard of one of Korea's representative foods, spicy rice cakes called tteokbokki (떡볶이). It's also known as the No.1 enemy for people that are trying to watch their weight.
It's a dish made of rice cakes and fish cakes that are high in carbs in red chili paste, gochujang (고추장).
It's spicy and sweet which makes it very high in calories.
But Dano Shop has made low-calorie tteokbokki that anyone can enjoy.
It contains only 0 grams of sugar and 0.9 grams of fat. It also contains a lot of fiber and protein, which makes it a healthy option.
When you open up the lid, there are healthy rice cakes made of brown rice, seasoning, and a paper spoon that's eco-friendly.
First, put the rice cakes and seasoning in the cup. Then, pour water according to the line indicated in the cup.
Microwave it for 3 minutes and it's done!
This is the spicy tteokbokki.
I didn't have high expectations as it was a healthy version of the original dish, but I was surprised by the taste after having a bite.
The rice cakes were chewy and soft just like the ones sold in restaurants and markets.
The sauce was also spicy and sweet which is very similar to the original.
It's a great option for those that are seeking healthy food options as it also contains onions and cabbages.
Next is the jjajang based tteokbokki, perfect for those that aren't good with spicy food.
It's not made with spicy sauce, so it's just sweet.
I personally liked this better than the original spicy one. It tasted sweet and very delicious.
I recommend these if you're craving tteokbokki with chewy rice cakes!

Green Tea Bibim
The green tea bibim flavor contains organic powdered green tea from Jeju and konjac noodles.

I thought it would taste bland because of the lack of sodium and sugar, but I actually couldn't really notice a difference from the regular bibim sauce.
It was also a surprise to see that the whole cup of noodles is only 28 calories and it is very filling.
It would be a good option for those on a diet to eat as a snack or a meal replacement with some protein.

The stir-fried seafood flavor uses flatter noodles than the green tea bibim flavor, so it mixes well with the sauce.
The chewiness of the konjac noodles was very delicious.

Have you ever watched Youn Stay? It's a variety program with the Oscar-winning actress, Youn Yuh-jung.
In the show, you'll often see its members carrying around this brand of chips.
It is one of the most popular snacks at Olive Young.
The bagel chips are oven-baked pastries made from thinly sliced bagels.
Maybe that was a reason for its crunchiness! It tasted similar to Italian biscottis.
