First Eyebrow Microblading in Seoul | Natural K-Drama Brows

This was my first time trying eyebrow microblading. Since my natural eyebrows are quite sparse, I used to fill them in with an eyebrow pencil every single day. Over time, it became part of my daily routine, but also something I wished I didn’t have to do.
As someone who watches a lot of Korean dramas, I’ve always admired the soft, natural, and effortless eyebrow shapes of Korean actresses. That subtle but polished look inspired me to try microblading in Korea during my trip.
Before the appointment, I was a little worried that the brows might turn out too dark or unnatural. Since it was my first time, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. However, I decided to trust the process and see how it would go.
Most private beauty studios in Korea require reservations in Korean, which can be challenging for foreigners. Fortunately, this studio can be booked easily through Creatrip, which made the whole booking process very convenient and stress-free.
The studio itself is a private workspace with only one beautician and one treatment bed. The interior is decorated mainly in white tones, creating a clean, minimal, and calming atmosphere. Soft background music was playing, and the overall environment immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease as soon as I stepped inside.
The beautician was extremely professional and attentive. The first step was to trim and shape my natural eyebrows. After that, she carefully drew the eyebrow outline according to my facial features and asked for my confirmation before proceeding. Once I agreed on the shape, a numbing cream was applied for about 20 minutes before the microblading procedure began.

The numbing cream worked very well, and the beautician’s technique was precise and gentle. I didn’t feel any pain during the microblading process. The only slightly uncomfortable moment was when the pigment was applied after the strokes, which created a mild tingling sensation. Other than that, the entire experience was surprisingly comfortable and much more relaxing than I had expected.

During the procedure, I could really feel how detailed and patient the beautician was. Every stroke was carefully placed, and there was no sense of rushing at all.
After the treatment, I was already very satisfied with how my brows looked. They appeared natural, balanced, and suited my face shape well. It was exactly the kind of soft Korean-style eyebrow look I had been hoping for.

The beautician also explained the aftercare instructions in detail. She told me that scabbing would start the next day and naturally fall off within about seven days. During this period, it is important to avoid getting the eyebrows wet and to not pick at the scabs, as this could affect pigment retention and result in uneven color.
This is how my brows looked the day after the procedure. They appeared a bit darker and more defined, but I was told this is part of the normal healing process.

The biggest difference after the treatment is that I no longer need to draw my eyebrows every morning. Even with minimal makeup, my face already looks more defined and put together, which saves me a lot of time in my daily routine.
Overall, this was a very positive experience. The environment was clean and comfortable, the service was professional, and the result turned out exactly how I wanted. If you are someone who loves the natural eyebrow style often seen in Korean dramas, I would definitely recommend trying a private studio like this in Seoul.☺️☺️
