Stunning Space and Service, but Pricing Lacks Transparency

Before my visit, I was truly excited. After carefully comparing many options, I finally found a studio whose aesthetic perfectly matched my taste.
What I loved even more was the architecture and interior design of the space. The abundant natural light, combined with a palette of pure white and soft grey, created an environment that felt light, breathable, and visually calming throughout the entire styling process.

All of the staff were very kind and polite, and the makeup assistant was especially sweet and thoughtful.
However, it was a bit unfortunate that, unlike what was stated on the Creatrip page, there was no Chinese translation service available. Communication still relied heavily on GPT, which did take additional time during the process.
In addition, the description of “美髮造型 (hair styling)” on the original page was somewhat unclear. It appeared to be different from “基本吹整 (basic blow-dry),” yet did not include any form of tied or up styling, which was quite confusing. It was only upon arrival that I learned that “綁髮 (up styling)” required an additional fee of KRW 110,000.

Furthermore, the pricing was presented only on a simple handwritten note rather than a formal price list, which felt slightly lacking in transparency and credibility.
Aside from these points, the overall quality of the service was truly excellent.
I genuinely loved the final look that day. However, if there had been a Chinese translation service as stated on the page, along with clearer explanations and a more formal, transparent pricing structure in advance, I believe the entire experience would have been even more perfect.
