| 淸酒釀造體驗

「淸酒釀造體驗」可讓您親自體驗韓國傳統酒淸酒的所有製作過程。

「淸酒釀造體驗」會把熱騰騰剛蒸好的飯放涼,加入麴拌勻成糰,完成淸酒釀造最重要的步驟。


用稻草薰燒消毒的甕中,將蒸熟飯和麴加入發酵,釀造淸酒。

'燒酒蒸餾體驗'在這裡會用預先釀製好的淸酒,利用燒酒甑(罐狀的燒酒蒸餾器)進行蒸餾,讓你學習傳統燒酒的製作過程。
