My wife and I visited for the first time during our trip to Korea.
I found out about this place from a post on Instagram, and because the reviews and ratings on the website and other social media were good, I made a last-minute reservation.
First, regarding the reservation, they corresponded in Japanese by email, and although it was a sudden booking they responded promptly; they also gladly accommodated a change in time, so I was able to visit without any problems.
The location is about a 2-minute walk from Hongdae Ipgu Station, easy to find, very convenient for transportation, and a great point because it's easy to get to even for people who are not familiar with Korea.
There was some waiting time, but the director’s consultation was very thorough and he was not pushy, so I felt comfortable talking. I could only speak Japanese, but we were able to communicate without any problems using a translation device during the consultation. The director was approachable and friendly, and the consultation took place in a very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
The staff treated me kindly during the procedure, so I think I was able to go through it without worry. As for the results, they'll come later, but I'm hopeful.
