| 淸酒釀造體驗

「淸酒釀造體驗」可讓你親身體驗韓國傳統酒淸酒的全部製作過程。

「淸酒釀造體驗」會將剛煮好的熱飯放涼,加入曲母(麴母)拌勻,完成淸酒釀造最重要的一個步驟。


用稻草火燒消毒過的甕,將蒸好的糯米飯和曲母(麴母)混合,發酵成淸酒。

'燒酒蒸餾體驗'會用預先釀製好的淸酒,利用燒酒甑(燒酒蒸餾器,甕形燒酒蒸餾裝置)進行蒸餾,讓你學習傳統燒酒的製作過程。

自家釀造嘅酒,配搭滿載手工風味嘅下酒菜,可以令你更深入體驗韓國傳統酒嘅醇厚風味。
