芒果糯米飯(khao niao mamuang)係一道好受歡迎嘅泰國甜品,由香甜熟透嘅芒果、糯米同椰奶組成。重點提示:糯米(찹쌀)至少浸1小時或一晚,先有彈牙口感;揀完全熟、稍微軟身嘅芒果;將溫熱椰汁(椰奶、糖、鹽)拌入糯米,並預留少量淋上面。基本做法:將浸好嘅糯米蒸約20分鐘,將椰奶加糖鹽加熱,有需要可用粟粉勾芡留少量醬汁,將醬汁拌入糯米,稍為放涼,配切片芒果同可選嘅烤芝麻上碟。重熱時用蒸唔好用微波爐,咁樣先保持彈牙;最好係新鮮即製即食。
