The event showcased diverse programs led by local cultural clubs and featured performances by groups such as the Chuncheon Silver Orchestra, Gangwon String Orchestra, and exhibitions by local art associations. It also included workshops on calligraphy and photography. The festival aims to foster community involvement in the arts and plans to expand into larger citywide events in collaboration with local lifelong learning centers. Chairman Park Jong-hoon emphasized the goal of creating a community where art thrives through citizen participation.
