2确认院方可安排的时间后，预约即会成立。请在到访前先填写问诊资料/牙齿不适事项。

3请于预约时间10分钟前抵达首尔市江西区江西路231号，孝星Harrington商场1至2楼的Yonsei Heal Dental Hospital办理报到。

4现场确认口腔状况并咨询后，将说明是否适合接受治疗、治疗范围与最终金额。

5若决定接受治疗，请于现场支付扣除订金后的余额；治疗后将提供注意事项，必要时也会安排回诊时间。
