2确认院方可安排的时间后，预约即会成立。请在到访前先填写问诊资料/牙齿不适事项。

3请于预约时间10分钟前，抵达首尔市江西区江西路231，孝星Harrington商街1~2楼的Yonsei Heal Dental Clinic并完成报到。

4现场确认口腔状况并咨询后，将告知是否可进行最终施术、施术范围与最终金额。

5若决定进行施术，请于现场支付扣除订金后的余额，施术后会提供注意事项，必要时也会安排回诊时间。

若迟到超过10分钟，预约可能会自动取消，且此情况下无法退款。
