• This product is only available at Incheon Airport Terminal 1.
• When reserving airport pickup, please consider immigration procedures and baggage claim. Schedule the rental time to be about 1 to 2 hours after the scheduled landing in Korea.
• The rental plan is based on a daily system, not a 24-hour system. Please increase or decrease the rental days in the system according to your needs (at least 3 days should be rented). If you want to rent for only 2 days or return earlier, you can, but you must first add 3 days in the system and pay at least 3 days of rent.
• When renting, please inform the onsite staff of the return time based on the number of days in the reserved plan.
• For the benefit of the store and customers, please take photos of the entire appearance and details of the rented equipment with your mobile phone before leaving the counter to avoid disputes over responsibility.
• Please complete rental and return within the store's business hours. If the deadline is exceeded, additional rental fees will be charged upon return.
• If the equipment is not returned without prior contact, the store may take corresponding measures.
• If the equipment is lost or damaged, please refer to this page and actively contact customer service. If the equipment is lost or completely irreparable, compensation shall be made at the original price of the equipment.
• Scratches, scuffs, and small stains from general use are considered normal wear and tear and will not incur additional repair costs.
• If the relevant compensation or late fees are not paid within 3 days, strong legal and administrative measures will be taken and the Immigration Office, and the borrower’s embassy/consulate in Korea, and judicial authorities will be contacted.
