Giới thiệu


  • Yeonnam Seosikdang Cheonho Branch là một nhà hàng chuyên về sườn bò nướng than có truyền thống hơn 70 năm, bắt đầu từ năm 1953, và là cơ sở thứ hai của Yeonnam Seosikdang, một biểu tượng của Sinchon được chọn là Seoul Future Heritage.
  • Họ tự tỉa sườn bò tại chỗ, cẩn thận loại bỏ mỡ, gân và màng từng phần một để đem lại kết cấu mềm mại, dai ngon vừa phải.
  • Họ tự chế và sử dụng nước ướp tương đậu đặc trưng của Yeonnam Seosikdang, và vì thịt được ướp vào buổi sáng rồi nướng trên than, bạn có thể tận hưởng hương vị đậm đà, sâu sắc.
  • Với thực đơn tập trung duy nhất vào sườn bò, khách quốc tế lần đầu đến dễ dàng gọi món, và gần đây họ cũng giới thiệu naengmyeon (cold noodles), một sự kết hợp tuyệt vời với galbi (charcoal-grilled beef short ribs).
  • Họ giữ nguyên hương vị cổ điển của galbi đứng truyền thống, nhưng tại Cheonho Branch bạn có thể ngồi ăn thoải mái, khiến nơi này trở thành điểm lý tưởng để trải nghiệm galbi nướng than kiểu Hàn mà không bị áp lực.
