Another break between classes,
If you're like me,
Don't want to miss the Seoul Station tulip season,
But you don't have enough time ⌛️
Unable to arrange a trip to the nearby countryside to see them,
You might want to check out the following 🔽
Located at Anguk Station, Yeollin Songhyeon Green Plaza (yeollin Songhyeon nokji gwanjang),
There's also a sea of tulips in different colors😉
Don't let its small size fool you,
I was here joking around and shooting photos with Photographer Han,
And it had already been over an hour 😅

I personally left that day from the Sinchon Station subway, taking Line 2,
Ride to Euljiro 3-ga Station then transfer to Line 3
When you arrive at your destination, you can get off at Anguk Station '안국역 (Anguk-yeok)'!
✨If you're transferring lines like I do, pay close attention, the Euljiro station names are pretty similar, don't make the same mistake I often make and get off at the wrong stop 🥲

- 202 Euljiro 1(il)-ga: exit to Lotte Department Store, Myeongdong shopping district.
- 203 Euljiro 3-ga Station: You can reach Cheonggyecheon when exiting the station.
- 204 Euljiro 4-ga Station: Exit the station to reach Gwangjang Market.
Back to our destination 'Anguk Station', I followed the route the photographer gave me🫡 and met up first at Exit 1
Then we chatted as we walked for about 6–7 minutes and reached Songhyeon Plaza, we arranged to meet at 10:00 AM, so when we arrived there weren’t many people yet 💪🏻
This tulip field is planted with three colors: a light burgundy, a pink-purple, and a white that looks translucent like a jade cup in the sunlight.
Photographer Han always comes up with new ideas,
That day she brought new props again, a rectangular mirror and a yellow tulip, and a paintbrush🖌️ you read that right, I didn’t write it wrong, it’s a paintbrush😁 As for the photo results, of course… we’ll have to wait for her to release them later, I can only say I found it pretty novel😅 See, going to shoot with her is a lot of fun.
Then we ran around and spun in circles by the flower field 🩰
I didn't realize I had been taking photos for over an hour,
By this time, more people were coming to see the tulips and walking along the roadside,
The photographer said this is the way toward Bukchon 🔽
Because my previous visit to Anguk Station was rushed,
So I went back and looked up some info too 🫣🔽
Yeollin Songhyeon Green Plaza is located in the heart of Songhyeon-dong, Jongro District,
Situated between Gyeongbokgung and Jongro, this plaza offers a full view of the wide green space around Rikkok-ro and Gamgodang-gil. With the opening of Yeollin Songhyeon Green Plaza, a shortcut now links Gyeongbokgung and Bukchon through the square. Walking across the plaza naturally connects Cheongwadae (Blue House), Gwanghwamun Square, Insadong, Bukchon, and other nearby areas.
Oh 😯 so it's one of the popular tourist routes.
After the shoot, the photographer and I each went off to keep working,
She returned to her studio, I went back to school for class.
Because... that day we planned to meet after class at 6 PM for another photoshoot near Ewha, haha 😄
Before I went back to the classroom, I stopped by the Ewha souvenir shop and used some photo props 🎬, okay fine, the props were kind of an excuse, they were all little items I had been mulling over buying for a month
Speaking of Ewha Womens Univ, Ewha Womens Univ and its shopping district are also places travelers love, the campus is really, really beautiful, I’ll write more after I get the photos 🫶🏻
