3-year later summer vacation Korean trip for 11 days (Seoul~Busan~Chuncheon)

This trip to South Korea is the first trip after a 3-year gap, the last time was in 2019 to Busan, Incheon, and Yeoju to see cherry blossoms. This time it's hot and rainy in the summer. We decided to go swimming in Socheongdo early in the morning. Because there are too many people going to Socheongdo during the summer vacation, we decided to buy Seoul to Socheongdo train tickets on the CREATRIP official website.
On the first day, take a flight from Hong Kong to Incheon Airport. Arrive in Incheon at 9:30 pm and take the subway directly to the hotel.
On the second day, we first went to Anguk Station to have chicken soup ramen. After that, we went to visit the Blue House (Cheong Wa Dae), then went to Myeongdong to exchange money. After having lunch, we went to the Yeouido Island Mall for a while, and then went to Widaoreum to have dinner. Tomorrow morning, we will take the subway to the bus station to catch the bus to Sogcho.
On the third day, we arrived at the bus station at 7:30 in the morning. We first went to buy sandwiches and then took a bus to Soko. We arrived at Soko around 11:30. First, we went to the hotel to drop off our luggage, then took a bus to the Central Market to take a round and ate pork chop rice. After that, we continued to the bus station to buy tickets to Chuncheon and then went to Lingqin Pavilion. Afterwards, we returned to the hotel to change clothes and went to the beach to play in the water. We initially wanted to eat grilled seafood, but ended up finding a yakitori restaurant nearby for dinner.
On the fourth day, after having breakfast at BURGER KING, we took a bus to Mount Seoraksan and rode a cable car to the top. It was cloudy and rainy that day, so we couldn't see the scenery from the summit. However, the mist made it quite beautiful. We then went back to the Central Market to have blood sausage, squid, fried shrimp, and other delicious food. We also lined up to buy some Margarita sponge cakes. The most important thing was to buy hairy crab and rice rolls for dinner. After exploring the market, it started raining again, so we couldn't go swimming. Tomorrow morning, we will visit Chuncheon LEGOLAND.
On the fifth day, it rained heavily again this morning. I took a taxi from the hotel to Shuchang Bus Station, and it took about 1 hour and 40 minutes by bus to reach Chuncheon. First, I took a bus to drop off my luggage and then took a taxi to LEGOLAND. I have already bought tickets online, so I just scanned the code to enter, which is very convenient. We had lunch first and then played games. After lunch, we watched a 4D TV near the restaurant. It rained for most of the day today. The kids bought a discounted box of Lego at LEGOLAND. We played until 17:25 and then took a shuttle bus to Chuncheon Station and transferred to a bus to go to Chuncheon Myeong-dong to eat Rolling Pasta. After a while, we went back to the hotel to check-in.
On the sixth day, we started by going to the Chuncheon Market for noodles and rice rolls. Then we took bus 16 to the cable car station. It only cost 37,000 won (HK$210) for three people round trip on the cable car. The view from the cable car was amazing, and we even went up to the glass bridge. After that, we returned to Chuncheon Station and took the ITX back to Seoul. We dropped off our luggage at the hotel and went to two outlet malls, where we bought three shirts for only HK$60 each, which is really cheap. For dinner, we went to the Mabang Station and had Hanwoo beef, which came with rice, noodles, soft drinks, and beer. The bill came out to be HK$700. After eating, we went to a nearby supermarket and found that they were selling a box of four peaches for 10,000 won. We bought it and immediately ate two of them, and they were delicious and refreshing.
On the seventh day, in the morning, we first transferred to Chungno Station to go to AMID HOTEL, because we will be playing along the Seoul Station railway line in the following days. We left our luggage and went to City Hall Station to have clam meat noodles and seafood pancakes. In the afternoon, we used the T-money card to go to Yeouido Zoo. After that, we went to the 63 Building Aquarium and Art Gallery and then took a sunset boat to feed seagulls. For dinner, we ate barbecue near the hotel and then went shopping at Lotte Mart.
On the eighth day, I sent my husband to Seoul Station to catch his flight. I continued to stay with Ah-Zai for a few more days. We first visited the Goyang Aquarium, which was the last tourist spot on our itinerary. Then we went to the Goyang Starfield Mall, which was very crowded and big. There were discounts on children's clothes, so I bought a swimsuit, a shirt, and pants for Ah-Zai. On the way back, we had mango shaved ice. When we returned to the hotel, I bought fried chicken from the Bridge Village for dinner.
On the ninth day, we took a bus tour all day, without having to take the subway up and down. First, we went to Nandaemun to eat vegetable pancakes, then we walked to Myeongdong to exchange money and eat 0410 Jajangmyeon. Then, we took a bus to Dongdaemun, and then took a bus to Banpo Bridge to see the Rainbow Fountain. However, it was canceled due to rain. We took some beautiful pictures of the 3 islands turning colorful at night. Then, we went back to the hotel and had dinner near the hotel, eating rolled omelette and rice cake soup.
On the tenth day, we only have 2 days left to return to Hong Kong. Today we went to see the dinosaur exhibition at the West Gate, then went to the Wangyuan Market for food before going to see the warship. After that, we went to Emart to buy triangular coffee and cup noodles, and returned to the hotel to buy rice rolls for a simple meal.
Today is the last day in Seoul, I must go to Gyeongdong Market to buy fresh ginseng and fruits, then go to the Science Museum. After that, I will have eel rice at the hotel and add fried chicken from Gwangjang Market. Pack the luggage well and return to Hong Kong tomorrow morning.
Next time I go to South Korea, my first choice will be Sookgaw because Sookgaw crab is simply delicious. Although the market is a bit far from the beach, you can take a taxi and get there quickly. Sookgaw Beach is also fun, and along the way, you can also visit Gangneung and Jeongdongjin.
