Only women aged 19 and older are allowed to view.
You can collect your ticket starting 1 hour before the performance begins.
Please present your reservation number at the on-site ticket box and exchange it for a physical ticket.
Entrance is allowed starting 30 minutes before the performance begins, and seats are automatically assigned on the day of the performance in the order of reservation.
When collecting reserved tickets on-site, you must have a valid ID (passport, alien registration card) for all members, including the reservation holder. (Copies or photos of IDs are not accepted.) If either is not prepared or information does not match, ticket collection and refunds are not possible.
Re-entry is not allowed after exit.
If you arrive later than the performance time, please follow the staff's instructions. You may be guided to the delayed seating area and if there is no availability, entry may be restricted.
The voucher is only valid on the designated date.
Moving or exchanging ticket zones/seats is strictly prohibited.
Specific seats cannot be selected. Please refer to the voucher for seat assignments.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
Bottles, fireworks, lasers, and other dangerous items that may interfere with or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited from being brought into the event.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, except for service animals with valid ID.
Attendees who appear intoxicated may be denied entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be provided.
Smoking and drinking are not allowed. If caught by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately.
Video & photo recording is strictly prohibited. Anyone found illegally recording or photographing the event will be handled by security.
Please take care of your ticket as reissuing is not possible if it is lost or damaged.
