'嘉園玉石海苔'是使用在韓國產量也有限的蠶腸狀石海苔原料，在店內直接用玉石烤製並販售的高級海苔專門店。
蠶腸狀海苔因表面呈現像蠶腸般凹凸不平而得名，每年約只有兩個月左右可採收，是在國內也不易取得的珍貴食材。
每天早上用剛榨出的紫蘇油將蠶腸狀石海苔醃製熟成，之後在玉石上逐片現烤，全程手工製作，僅販售當日生產的海苔，確保提供新鮮風味。
使用比一般青海苔或傳統海苔約厚3倍的蠶腸狀海苔，厚度足夠，口感像餅乾一樣酥脆，很適合當零食，也很適合搭配下酒菜。
