We had an amazing stay at Sofitel in a 1 bedroom suite which was conveniently located next to a shopping centre. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and whirlpool, and the daily breakfast offered a good selection of food. All the staff was friendly and super helpful too.5

Absolutely stunning hotel with exceptional service. We stayed here for 3 nights and we were so impressed with the staff and attention to detail in our room. Every staff member we passed would greet us and open the door for us which makes a difference. More than that, they thought about everything in the room a guest would possibly need. I’d definitely recommend staying here, it was a stand-out. Thank you for the wonderful experience!5

Impeccable service from the time we arrived at the hotel until our departure! Our room was incredibly spacious and the amenities were fantastic. Special thanks to Selena. She took our experience as Accorplus members to a different level. Hotel staff were attentive to the most minute details and always offered to help us. We will definitely return and stay at the same hotel!5

During our stay, my wife has lost her handbag in a taxi ride. We had no information about the taxi car plate or the driver's name. The staff of the hotel were so helpful and effective. By just obtaining very limited information from me, they managed to contact the taxi driver and had the handbag returned just within hours. It saved us a lot of hustle and time. We are very happy about the service, and will definitely return to this hotel in our future stay in Seoul. Special thanks to Helia Jeon, her team and her supervisor.5

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we had nothing but excellent service. What a well-polished hotel. Always friendly staff. Hotel is impeccable!
Donny and Jacob, Front Desk Managers, went above and beyond to make me feel like I was the only guest. I truly feel that they genuinely care about each and every guest. I will definitely come back on my own time. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you!
