The corner rooms are very spacious with a wonderfully large and comfortable bed. It is great that you can open the windows and pull down screens to keep insects out. 2 water bottles are provided each day and you can get more water at the lounge on Level 1 if required. The coin (bill) laundry is fantastic and very useful. Breakfast is solid though with limited variety of foods. The staff is very kind and helpful. On the rooftop terrace you have wonderful views of the city and the nearby mountains. The location of the hotel makes it possible to explore large amounts of the city by foot and also reach Bukhasan National Park for hiking within a short ride.

Booked for my Boss' conference in Hana Sq. Good experience, my Boss left her personal stuff in the hotel room safe, front desk assisted to retrieve the items pretty fast and safekeep them. We arranged a courier to pick up the items from Mayplace, they have gladly willing to help.

I would find somewhere else to eat other than the restaurant which was deserted during our five night stay. However the room was clean tidy and well serviced. Very close to the castles and handy to the subway and bus routes. Overall a good place to stay. Staff spoke enough English that conversation was easy.

Stayed for two nights at this hotel. It is convenient, just a short walk away from dongdaemun shopping street and myeongdong etc. We stayed in a superior deluxe room. Size wise, it's average, not too big, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I wish they'd put the power plugs by the bedside, it was a little inconvenient having them only at the table. Nonetheless it was still a fair experience staying here.

Staff was attentive and kind. Rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovations. Location is pretty good, and several popular destinations are walkable on foot.
