We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable- and speak excellent English. They gave us great recommendations for food and activities in the local area. The spa next door is a great experience with mainly locals using it- but we were made to feel welcome there. The room is very comfortable and clean with a great tub to soak in after a long day sightseeing! We are staying as part of our honeymoon and they allowed us a free early check in, which was really kind. Very highly recommend!5

This hotel is a cozy no frills accommodation that is perfect for couples and families. The rooms are as described in their ads. It is well maintained and very clean. Kudos to the cleaning person who never fails to do a meticulous job everyday. The hotel staff is personalised and very helpful to any requests and even provided good suggestions. Overall, a comfortable stay and highly recommended. The excellent location next to a train station, markets, shops and jagalchi market with a remarkable view of the docks is an icing on top of the cake.5

I really enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Also the rooms were immaculate and quite spacious. The location is convenient too, right next to Jagalchi station, markets and BIFF square. There is also a convenience store a few meters down the road, useful to pick up extra supplies and T-money card.5

Booked this from agoda Ocean2heaven Nampo, the young gentleman manning the reception counter is super helpful, he teaches us how to use navermap more effectively, tells us where the nearby food are good, when he learns that we are going for the fireworks festive yesterday, he checked and told us to go early like 3pm and telling us to dress warmly and take metro not bus. Room has a balcony, totally worth it, the view every morn are fantastic, it has the same view in the bathroom, the bathroom floor and the toilet bowl does get a little wet as there is no shower curtain and the glass seperating the toilet bowl and shower area is just 6inches wide haha. There is a lift at jagalchi station exit 6. For seafood lovers, the market in front is quite daunting as competition is fierce among the stall owners, we went up to L2 at the orange section (2nd building) and ate at one that had more customers, they will go down and get the crab for and show you. Just eat in faith haha.....all in all, great place!5

Very convenient location, next to Jagalchi station and 2 stops away from busan station. The room was clean, nice with great view. Dion is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He recommend us a few places to go and it did not disappoint us. If you visit busan for the first time, I highly recommended you to stay at this area. You get to visit the famous fish market for fresh sashimi and shopping streets near by. All within walking distance.
