A 5-star experience without the 5-star price. The rooms and facilities are incredibly clean and I appreciated how well stocked the rooms were of toiletries and other essentials. The front staff is kind and the hotel has a great modern look and feel. There are many cafes and eateries within walking distance as well as a grocery store. You're also within walking distance to a few different train stations. I plan on booking here again the next time I am in Busan.

Honestly a 4.5 stars considering: - room had a Nespresso machine but no pods to use - Location is far from the both of the most popular spots + Price of room was great given the room size and quality + Despite being far from Haeundae and Gamcheon Culture Village, there were A LOT of good food options even later into the night.

It was comfy to stay here. Even though it's a business hotel, but the room is spacious. The room was very cleaned. I could work out at the fitness centre on the second basement, which is I like the most. It has various types of equipments. The location of the hotel was fine. It is accessible to any tourist spots in Busan. All staff was so kind, I recommend the hotel :)

A key one was the non-functioning air-conditioning throughout the hotel, and consequently in the rooms. On arrival the temperature was 25 degrees and rose to 26 and 27 in the room, the staff poiformed that at this time of year the air conditioning is centrally switched off and there is no option to switch it on. The fan did not help. Opening the window did not help either, because it is noisy from the street and it was not cool outside either. I do not recommend because the comfort of sleeping was negligible. There was no information anywhere about the air conditioning not working during this period. To this reepcja offered a refund for 1 night, and later it turned out that they meant free of charge 1 night, if I change the place after 1 day and move to another (in busan I was 2 days and I did not have time to change hotels unfortunately).
