Very good hotel. The people at the reception (look like husband and wife) are very courteous , polite and helpful. The man can speak English. The room is very spacious and looks like it's been newly refurbished. Very generous with bottled water, bathroom amenities, etc. Microwave, disposable chopsticks/spoons are available on every floor. The bedside table has 4 different types of chargers for your gadgets. The bed is firm and great for my back pains and the pillows were soft and have the right height (I have difficulty in sleeping if the pillows weren't right). The toilet seat was warm. The only room for improvement were probably to place the mirror at the right place so the ladies can use it for doing their make up and dressing up and probably power plugs in the bathroom for the hair dryer.

Actually this place was good. But we book for 3 pax, eventually just gave us 1 double bed. Although the amenities here was goid and the room is spacious. Also they have bottled water that you can take for free. This one also nice.

The location is just a min walk from the station. It’s easy to find. It’s accessible to take train or cab. I don’t hv photos of the room. U can check it out from google or trip. They are not big but they literally has everyting! It’s super worth the money! The hotel looks into every single detail of wat a traveler needs. I gave it a four star coz tis hotel is surrounded by nite club? It’s underground though. N it’s not affecting me much coz I can’t really hear the sound or any ladies walking ard. So it’s rather safe to stay. Don’t expect a big reception it’s just a small boutique hotel.

Good and clean room, some maintenance needed. Tap was falling off, 1 light not working. Not much service, but that's ok. Accessibility is the best feature

OK accommodation, but overpriced for what you get. We paid a similar same nightly rate for a 3-star hotel in Seoul that's much better. Likes: Location is strategic, near a major subway station and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores. The room is spacious. The bed is on the firmer side, which we like. Unlimited free bottled water and there's a microwave on our floor to heat up convenience store food. Check-in and check-out were quick & smooth. Dislikes: The room "looked" modern but it's not well maintained, especially the bathroom. The sink faucet was loose and could easily be pulled off from the countertop. The bathroom floor & ceiling were dirty (mold on grout). There's no small closet or wardrobe to store our clothes, only a small hanging rack with 5 hangers. The window didn't provide enough sound insulation from the outside. The AC unit (for AC & heat) didn't work with the remote provided. The room service button didn't work so no one cleaned our room during our 2-night stay.
