Right in front of the beach... the location is good~~~~There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby... 2nd floor ocean view double room for 49,500 won (there is a little terrace-like space for people to stand)... Sunday-Monday bundled But... I can hear some firecrackers and people talking... It seems to be really noisy during the peak weekend season. The size was appropriate and it seemed to be a renovated motel... (Motel atmosphere closer to a tourist hotel) It was a bit old... It didn't feel clean (the blankets and sheets were dirty...ㅠ.ㅠ), but it wasn't bad. There were quite a few amenities. However, I could feel sand on the floor of the room without slippers, so I asked for slippers and they brought them. I wonder if the expensive room, which is better than the room I stayed in, feels like a hotel~~~~Considering the advantage of being right in front of Gyeongpodae Beach, I am satisfied~~

Good value for money, the lower floors are somewhat exposed to the street so you have to close the curtains, the water pressure is strong so it's nice, it has a true ocean view.

It's a Bida View, but the problem is that you can't open the curtains because you can see the inside so well. Even if you just clean up the sand on the floor, the rating will go up a lot. The hygiene is not that good

The room is narrow, and there are a lot of hair on the floor, from short to long, so I cleaned it as soon as I arrived. The bottom of the toilet seat has a lot of mold. It wasn't that clean. Still, the low price and the sea beach in front of the building are advantages, so it might be a good choice if you just want to sleep for a day..
