3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date/time, you'll be contacted via e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

• Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
• Avoid wearing makeup or contact lenses for an accurate diagnosis. If you’re wearing makeup, you’ll need to remove it before the session.
• We recommend bringing your own makeup for product recommendations after the analysis.
• If you have sensitive skin and booked a makeup session, please bring your own skincare products.
• Remove glasses or colored lenses for the analysis. If you have poor vision, wear clear lenses instead. (*Glasses can be worn for analysis if necessary.)
• Avoid heavy drinking the day before or on the day of your appointment, and make sure you get enough sleep.
• Analysis accuracy may be affected after skin treatments or tanning.
• Avoid wearing turtlenecks, hoodies, or silk clothing that may interfere with the analysis.
• You may photograph recommended items and colors for reference, but ask for permission to photograph the instructor, materials, or analysis room.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.
