* Swimwear and swim caps are mandatory in the waterpark. (Sun caps and SeaLaLa towels cannot be used as swim caps)
* There are no rental services for swimming gear. Please bring your own tubes, life jackets, etc., or purchase them from a separate swimming gear store.
* Please make a reservation according to gender and number of people.
* Up to 2 infants under 36 months can enter for free, but you must present a passport for age verification.
* Children 5 years or older or taller than 100 cm are not allowed in mixed baths and must enter the appropriate male or female bath.
* All children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian when using any facility.
* Children under 13 must wear a life jacket and be with a guardian in the pool.
* You can use the facilities for up to 12 hours after entry; an overtime fee of 1,000 KRW per hour applies if you exceed this time.
* Last entry is 2 hours before closing (17:00 for the waterpark / 19:00 for the jjimjilbang).
* Waterpark tickets do not include jjimjilbang clothes or towels.
* Towels can be rented on-site for 1,000 KRW (2 towels), or you can bring your own.
* Jjimjilbang clothes can be rented on-site for an additional 3,000 KRW (required for jjimjilbang use).
* Jjimjilbang tickets include jjimjilbang clothes and 2 towels.

Как использовать

3. Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что вы посетите в зарезервированную дату. Вход разрешен только в зарезервированную дату. (Последний вход за 2 часа до закрытия; Аквапарк: 17:00; Джимджильбан: 19:00). Дата использования может быть изменена только один раз.

4. У кассы (расположенной слева от информационного стола) введите 12-значный номер бронирования от Creatrip (например, 240701abc123). Входной ваучер для всей группы будет напечатан после ввода номера бронирования.

5. Покажите напечатанный входной билет сотрудникам, чтобы получить индивидуальные ярлыки с номерами шкафчиков для каждого человека.

6. Личные ячейки останутся открытыми в течение 20 минут после входа; пожалуйста, используйте их в течение этого времени.

7. Положите свои туфли в шкафчик, соответствующий номеру на вашей бирке, и возьмите ключ, чтобы использовать шкафчик.

Когда ты уходишь

1. Предъявите ваш ключ от шкафчика на кассе и завершите расчет. Шкафчик для обуви откроется после расчета.

Unused tickets can be canceled and refunded after verifying they were not used.
Tickets past their use date or already exchanged tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
The usage date can be changed only once.

This ticket is for foreigners only.
Swimwear and swim caps are mandatory in the waterpark. (Sun caps and SeaLaLa towels cannot be used as swim caps)
The use and bringing in of water guns, rubber tubes (standard tubes are allowed), boats over 1m with closed bottoms, personal swimming equipment (flippers, snorkels, etc.), and mats are prohibited.
Do not enter the water within 30 minutes after eating.
People who are intoxicated, have eye diseases, skin conditions, contagious diseases, heart disease, are pregnant, elderly, have hypertension, or diabetes should refrain from using the facilities.
SeaLaLa facilities may have an entry limit for disease prevention and water quality management. In such cases, cancellations and refunds are possible.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Please consume food only in the food court; eating is not allowed inside the waterpark.
The lazy river and swimming pool in the waterpark maintain a constant water temperature of 31°C, the event spa at 37-38°C, and the indoor temperature at 27°C.

How to purchase food and items after entry

Within the facility, you can use your locker key for purchases, and settle the payment when you exit.
Please settle the payment at the checkout counter (located at the same place where you entered).
There is no rental service for swimming gear within the facility. Please bring your own tubes, life jackets, etc., or purchase them at the swimming gear shop inside the waterpark.
