• A special sparkling rice wine created in collaboration between Sam Yang Chun Brewery and Michelin one-star chef Joseph Lidgerwood, blending traditional and modern sensory elements.  
• Harvested every spring, fermented and infused with white hibiscus petals, this traditional wine is filled with a sweet floral aroma and fruity taste. Highly recommended even for those who are not fond of alcohol.

• This product has an alcohol concentration of 9%. As it is raw wine that has not undergone any chemical disinfection, it cannot be stored at room temperature for a long time.
