Moon Byung-nam, M Ballet Company's artistic director, passed away at the age of 64. He significantly contributed to the development of Korean ballet, serving as a principal dancer and choreographer for the Korea National Ballet Company. Moon choreographed 'Prince Hodong,' the first Korean full-length ballet to be invited to the world stage at the International Dance Festival in Italy in 2011, marking a milestone for Korean ballet. He founded M Ballet Company in 2015, creating works inspired by Korean history and culture, and adapted classical ballet repertoire into unique productions. His notable works include 'Prince Hodong,' 'Ahn Jung-geun, Dance in Heaven,' and 'May Breeze.'
