It has a neat, two-story structure. The price is cheap and the owner is really friendly. Nami Island is also about a 10-15 minute walk away.

You can feel the signs of age inside the room, especially the flooring~~ Mr. Jun also recommended it, and when I requested additional bedding, it was brought right away. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I didn't use the barbecue area, but it was right in front of the door. What was most disappointing was the air conditioning. Since it's on a duplex staircase, the temperature difference between the first floor and the duplex is severe. If the first floor is hot and you turn on the air conditioner, the first floor seems a little cooler, but the second floor becomes an ice room. It was cold on the 2nd floor, so I couldn't sleep on the 1st floor because the air conditioner was big. Other than this, it was close to Nami Island, there were many restaurants nearby, and I thought it was good value for money.
