I had a very nice stay at Signiel and would recommend. Good: The rooms were very clean and well designed with amenities. Excellent view, as expected of the tallest building in South Korea. The service was professional and welcoming. I also dined at Bicena, one of their Michelin-guide restaurants, and it was a very satisfying meal. There is no restaurant discount for guests staying at the hotel, however, they made up for that by upgrading our window table to a private room. Improvement: The indoor pool was very small and fully occupied, so I did not end up using it. One minor mishap occurred when housekeeping (I assume) entered my room while I was in the bathroom. They had not knocked and the do not disturb status outside the door was switched on. Thankfully, they realized their mistake in the doorway before fully entering the room.

Signiel Seoul: Luxury hotel in Lotte World Tower with stunning views, opulent design, impeccable service, and top-notch amenities. Ideal for discerning travelers seeking a lavish experience in central Seoul. Note that the toiletries are not complimentary. So you need to pay for those if you're planning to take it with you.

Overall for a luxury hotel is OK. I stayed here only for 2 nights.. The housekeeping is very kind and strong old lady, i appreciate them for still hire old ladies to work 💪🏽 For the day i checked in, I should had a welcome drink on my room, but i didnt get any 🥲

It is suppose to be the 7 stars hotel of Asia. The surprise started at the check in when they notified that we need to pay for the toothbrush and toothpaste to preserve the environment when the water provided are plastic bottles. Amazing view, depressing lounge club. Cool staff but very poor quality of food’s room service. Very far for the center of Seoul, quite in the middle of nowhere. I previously stayed at the Four Season Seoul and it’s hard to compete with them. Just very disappointed by the all Signel experience.
