I had 3 nights in Shills hotel it was wonderful stay the room very nice and clean neat the bed and the pillows was so comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good there’s a lot of convenience stores and restaurants that are only 5-8 minutes walk but be aware the location isn’t near to the airport or the usual tourist attractions places it far away but very close to metro or bus station.

The staff thoughout the hotel is very friendly and supportive. In my case the staff at the desk where very supportive during my check-in and the entire stay (especially the trainee at the front desk!) The room is very clean and has more than everything you would need during a stay in Seoul! The Fitnesscenter in the 21st floor is impressive! You are able to do lots of different exercises in a small room while at the same time enjoying an impressive view over Seoul. One of my favorite hotel fitness centers I have ever attented. In summary, the hotel provided a high value during my stay and I would always come again.

• All staffs were totally friendly and willing to assist no matter when I needed anything. My room had lots of space, nice two beds and great restroom with nice view. I can't complain! In terms of location, it is very close to both metro station and bus station. Breakfast with variety of food was just for $13-ish. Everything is perfect except fitness room. It would be much better if the fitness room is improved with more equipment, brand new treadmills and cleaning stuff which people can use to wipe out after workout.

Took at least half an hour metro from the city center. Hotel itself is modern. Bed is huge and comfortable. No complaint at all about the hotel but the location. Think twice before making the reservation.
