Let’s start with the check in. It went super smooth. The personal was friendly and spoke really good English. We didn’t even need 5 min to get our room cards. The rooms are not luxurious but more than comfortable. The only thing missing was a little more space for the clothes. Cleaning is as I noted daily while we were in town. We stayed on the 22nd floor and had a really nice view. The breakfast offered by the hotel is by far the best offer I had in any hotel and restaurant I ever was. Especially the personal in the restaurant is elite. The teamwork and speed in which they are doing their task is amazing. The buffet is constantly filled. The tables are cleaned and prepared for the next guests before you even note someone finished. And all that while being constantly ready to friendly help the guests. @ShillaStay: Make sure to keep that team!!! And thanks for the nice stay.

This hotel in gym you don't have work out? Don't worry! You have to go hotel fitness. Parking lot it's not bad but room area size will be a bit small so take that into consideration

Very nice hotel that my husband and I have stayed in recently. The hotel is a bit old but the service, maintenance and breakfasts were great. Breakfasts for every culture (both Europeans and Asians).

Standard amenities, bed, toilet and tv was fantastic. I would have given this place a 5 star if not for the intermittent wifi in room. If you want seamless internet, I’m afraid this place will not be for you. Also, the exits 7 and 8 are stairs only. If you have heavy luggage, then please reconsider. The bus stop coming from Seoul station also requires a bit of a drag (5min on rough pavements) to the hotel.
