Stayed here with my family of both young and old. Excellent service from the staff and good locations with plenty of good food around. Only thing have to take note is that you have to inform 1 day in advance if you need your room to be cleaned and make up.

amazing hotel! I love the location, the staff is very friendly, the heating in the room is radiant floor heating (which is great in the winter) and the Wi-Fi is super fast!

I stayed here just one night but I really appreciate the room and the hotel. The room is very large also, the bed and television. The staff is very nice too. But I think the location is quite far from the subway, you have to walk around 3-4 minutes and the hotel is located in the alley so, I would not recommended for solo traveler because at night that area was quite silent. But if you travel as a group this place is really suitable. Recommended!

Clean and mostly modern hotel. Off the "main street" but it's only a block away from a bunch of shopping and food. Free coffee and water in the lobby. WiFi is not secure but works well. Lobby and elevators are newer and clean. Room was good sized and clean. Bathroom is two rooms. One with tub and large shower area and the other room with a sink and fancy toilet. Toilet has heated seat and bidet with options for different sprays. Even has a blow dryer. Beds are comfortable. AC worked well but had some noises. Not so bad you can't sleep but a few squeaks. No microwave and small refrigerator. Overall a good room.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However if hygiene is important for you, I wouldn’t recommend you to stay here. The room was dusty and smelly, humidity mostly. The bathroom doors were stained and handles were disgusting. We asked for an iron board and it came full of dust mites, the staff didn’t seem impressed when I pointed at these. Our safe wasn’t working, they came to check it out but left with nothing done - they just didn’t care.
