First time visiting Busan. We stayed here first week in January. The rooms are new and clean. Right next to Busan station. There is a walkway that leads directly to the hotel from train station. Can't beat the price and convenience.

The room we have is on the 43rd floor, it's very peaceful and the view is amazing. This could well be enough to make me choose to come here again. The suite is spacious and very clean. The amenities - aircon, TV, washing machine, ironing machine etc are excellent quality. The location is OK, but you have to walk for 10 - 15 minutes to get from the room to the far side of Busan Station and the city or buses and the metro. After a few days it's a bit of a drag. That said, there are convenience stores and a coffee shop in the building. Getting to the apartment itself is not straightforward, it involves an elevated walkway, two lifts, leaving and entering the same building, two keypad codes and a qr code. We had a problem with our door code, it stopped working for some reason and we were unable to get into our room at the end of a long day. The only way to communicate with Le Collective is via chat bot - no good in an emergency. We got the concierge of another business to find their number and call them on our behalf. The matter was quickly resolved after.

The four-night stay this time costs about NT$1,100 per person per night. Considering the accommodation market in Busan and the quality, it is a great value. 4. It is located between Busan Station and the International Passenger Terminal. This time I will take a boat to Fukuoka, Japan. When I arrive, I will take the high-speed rail from Seoul. It is very convenient to live here. shortcoming: 1. If you use Agoda to book a room, the QR code link in the elevator will be blocked, and you have to contact the hotel and apartment to send it to your private mailbox, which is very troublesome. 2. To enter the room from the outside, you need to use the door password, elevator QR code and home password. There are three levels in total. Since there are no service staff when using it for the first time, it seems like you are playing a puzzle game and it takes a while to study. 3. There is no service staff. If a problem occurs, the representative cannot get immediate assistance. Although there is online customer service, it will not respond immediately, and sometimes there is no response at all. It will be very troublesome when problems arise. 4. Although you can easily reach the hotel apartment by taking the overpass from Exit 10 next to Busan Station, the entrance has to go around inside. It is actually measured that it takes 15 minutes to walk from Busan Subway Station to the hotel apartment. It will be even more tiring if you drag your suitcase. To sum up, as long as there are no problems, overall it is a hotel apartment with a high CP value. You can consider it if you visit Busan again.
