My stay at the Nine Tree Hotel in Dongdaemun was excellent. The staff, especially the ladies at the reception, were incredibly friendly. The hotel's amenities and cleanliness were top-notch, and its convenient location made exploring the area a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Seoul!

Modern, comfortable hotel. Was slightly disappointing that they apparently couldn’t book a transfer from the airport for a flight arriving late at night, which would have been helpful, and I didn’t find many restaurants nearby.

Nine Tree hotels are my new favorite hotel chain in Seoul. The service is great - the receptionist was able to help make reservations at other places for new. There's luggage storage services. You can rent a wifi pack for 6000 won per day. And there's plenty of other amenities they provide. The room is cozy, clean, and well laid out. The shower has a rain shower head which was great. The toilet flushes automatically. The airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which was extremely convenient as I left on a rainy day. However, the other bus stops to go around Seoul require 5-10min walking to. There are around 5 convenience stores on the same block as the hotel.

A decent and new budget-friendly hotel in the heart of Seoul. The main issue is the size of the room, with a lack of luggage space (max 1 bag) and totally no sitting area. Other than that, the rooms are immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from either DDP History and Culture Park or Euljiro 4-ga stations, which is slightly less than ideal, and the surrounding area has very minimal food with only one cafe. However, it is suitable for a short to medium term stay that won't drain the bank account.
