Great hotel for foreigners to have some short stay while enjoying the great food and shops around Myeongdong . The room is clean and view is nice. The bathroom is nice and the shower is great.

The location is good ! near to subway ,night market , 7eleven and more ! They not allowed to check in early ,only can check in sharp 3pm but you can put luggage at the lobby i was so tired so i just slept at lobby . For room is quiet small but for one person should be no problem and i suggest better take room with window cuz i feel stay in prison hahah ,they provide 2 bottle of water ,shampoo ,body wash ,soap and conditioner but not for toothpaste and toothbrush, This hotel is pricey so my suggestion, they should provide what we paid and that’s what we got in this hotel so everyone can accept why this hotel pricey .they also provided iron but you need to collect at reception and need to return back in 1 hour haha .If i come back again to seoul should i booked again this hotel ? yes if they improve . No if there more better hotel .overall okayla you can try !

Location is everything. Clean bed and bathroom. Yes, the hotel is basic. However, considering that it's a clean and good location, it's good for anyone.
Near the train station and right near myeongdong street. 8 min walk to insadong. 10 min drive from seoul station.
Had a room with no window which honestly didn't matter to me. Helps with jetlag. Ac was nice and strong.

It is a very small youth hotel, popular among youngsters and those looking to socialize. We needed to suddenly extend our stay as my other hotel was fully booked, and I chose this one based on reviews, location and some pictures. It appears decent, but the star ratings are not accurate. Upon entering the room, a distinctive smell is noticeable, and while it looks clean, there's no detailed cleaning beyond the sheets. Under the bed is quite dirty, with broken glass and other debris. The room is super small, and when you shower, everything gets wet. The staff is helpful but often seems rushed. If you're 18-25 and plan to use the room mainly for sleeping after late-night outings, it might be okay. However, I wouldn't recommend it for families accustomed to US or European standards. The room I stayed in seemed like it was converted from a server room, lacking windows and safety precautions. It could be challenging for families with kids, but we managed to sleep okay despite feeling exhausted." among students and those looking to socialize. Good for solo travellers, but there are better options nearby.
The Superior Double room was very small - great for a solo traveller, it would be tight for a couple.
The small lifts up are shared with 2 busy restaurants, expect delays in the evening.
There was constant water running noises in the walls.
Walls are thin and neighbours can be heard easily.
The hot water was intermittent while showering and the entire bathroom is a wet/splash area.
If you want it cooler than 25⁰ tough, not allowed to use the AC - heat only, and the room wouldn't go below 24⁰ because of the central heating.
Bed was rock hard and pillows were thin.
No hotel amenities, very basic and bare bones.
TV channels available were limited, but it's not the type of room you'd want to spend much time in anyway.
I'm usually pretty tolerant and easily pleased. I asked if I could eventually move to a different room where their signage wouldn't light up my room at night, their reply was "no refunds". Didn't want a refund, just didn't want to spend 8 more nights with it looking like it's 10am outside at midnight.
I forfeited the last 4 days of my booking and went to the Stanford for a couple nights before heading to the L7 in Hongdae - both places were easily 5x better value and cost less than Line charged me.
Speaking of prices, I was charged avg ~260,000KRW/night. I understand that the Christmas/NY is charged at a premium, but their current rate of ~140,000KRW/night would imply the premium nights were far exceeding a reasonable 2-2.5x premium. They were not able to provide a receipt with individual night charges for me to compare.
In hindsight, I should have compared different hotels and perhaps broken my stay up among different hotels instead of trying to book the entire stay at one.
As I was leaving, there was another couple checking out early to go somewhere nicer who'd also been overcharged. None of us even asked for a refund, but handing over our key cards we were told "no refunds". I guess they get asked it a lot.
Housekeeping was nice and friendly.
It was convenient to the Euljiro line, but any hotel between Myeongdong and Euljiro stations (which are only an 8 min walk to each other) are accessible enough.
There's no need to be right next to the station like I see suggested so often.
