Gorgeous bathroom…not in a palatial way at the fairmont but in the super clean and cozy Japanese toto washlet, warm hardwood floors, and full bathtub way. Love the little touches with the deodorizing spray. Only thing is that the bathroom has a smell that wafts up from the sewers. My tip is to wet a small towel and cover the drainage after showering so you can enjoy a very pleasant soak in the tub without any stench. Yw. Pleasant front desk people. Last thing to note is that there is no drive up roundabout or bell hop to help you with your bags. I had many large pieces of luggage I had to drag from the street side up into the third floor lobby on my own and it was a bit of a circus act. Other than that, very nice stay. Recommend!

Lovely, clean and well-presented, welcoming hotel. Rooms were decently sized, clean and fresh. Nice bathroom and amenities supplied for guests. Proper japanese toilets were a fun touch! Hotel Lobby was a nice welcoming space with free drinks available for guests as you check-in. Laundry area was very convenient and straight-forward to use once you have a card from reception. Fitness Centre was very small and not well-equipped - 2 treadmills, 1 sitting bike, swiss ball, mat and a roller. Tiny room. Only negatives of the stay were the gym/fitness centre and broken plugs in room as shown in picture provided.

Room was clean and spacious with street view. Got free upgrade to deluxe room. Location is not that central but convenient. There's café downstairs and restaurant around. Public buses and underground trains are just within 5 minutes of walk.

Newer hotel that is very nice. Lobby and common areas look very nice and modern. Location is very good which is next to Mapo station and lots of bus lines nearby in front of the hotel. Several convenient stores and some quick-eat restaurants around. Also, very close to The Hyundai Seoul mall (5 minute bus ride). Not much in amenities but there is a small fitness gym. There is a rooftop lounge area and restaurant I believe, but it is limited to certain rooms or floors. I tried once to go to the rooftop, but the elevator said my keycard did not allow access to that floor. The rooms and bathrooms are quite good size, very new, and modern. However, the beds are quite hard. They do a great job cleaning the rooms.

Had worst tasting complementary coffee here. The terrible taste of water coming out of machines meant to provide drinking water made the biggest impression on me. There are machines that supplies ice, cold water and hot water next to washer and dryer on 10 th and 20 th floors. Water from them taste terrible. Coffee coming out of coffee machine on the 3rd floor is also terrible. Hotel room is a bit tight but that was expected because most Japanese hotel chains are that way. The room came with air filtering machine. We turned it on the first day we were there. We started suffering from allergies and ended up turning it off. My wife suffered running nose and mild fever symptoms for 2 days It may be the case filters and other parts of water, coffee, and air filter do not get cleaned. Bottom line. Hotel seems nice and clean but I recommend NOT using air filter machines or drink any coffee or water coming out of any machines at this hotel.
