Impressed by their staffs. I found everyone active with service mind and smile. You know it‘s difficult to find these days especially if they are young generation. Found differentiation from another Hotel staffs at AK plaza. Hotel lobby and their Gym room are awesome too.

Rooms were comfortable and area is full of nice food and shopping. Special shout-out to the receptionist Reina Jung for assisting our checkin and helping me to locate my missing bag on the airport bus. Thank you so much for her kindness.

Rooms are clean, modern and have great views of the city. Room can be a little compact but it’s laid out systematically to make the most of the space and not feel crowded. Bed is soft. No microwave but they provide water/tea. Centrally located, close to shops and subway station. Great sound proofing too - it’s at a busy intersection but with the windows shut, not an excess of noise. The staff is what shines here - not only front desk but cleaning staff as well. We were happy with our 2 different stays here on our trip. Would recommend.

Very good location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and will attend your requests as soon as possible. However, two things to note: the elevators (4) are super slow and can make you wait for 10 minutes; the rooftop bar closes before the announced time (30 minutes before the closing time on a weekday and I was denied entry). Apart from that this is a good place to stay. The views from the bar and reception are amazing (specially at night).

The location is quite good and convenient. I like the common area and the place where you enjoy your breakfast - not many choices but definitely taste good. Rooms are clean but you need to keep your curtains closed because there's a big LED screen flashing 24/7 if your windows are facing the main street.
