The rooms are really small but it is perfect for a quick stay. Everything is spotlessly clean. The water pressure is good and gets to temperature quickly. The soundproofing is not great but I had no serious disturbances.
Seoul station is 5 minutes walk and there is a shopping mall with nice restaurants across the street
All in all, this is excellent value for money. Don't let the outside of the building fool you, inside is adequate and clean5

It was excellent! Everything worked and very efficient! The owner was super friendly and willing to help everything! I could leave my luggage for long time and he even packed my stuff which needs to be in the refrigerator, without me asking.. what an impressive service and care!! Small room but good enough for a couple of days stay for sole travelers. Excellent location opposite Seoul Station and next to a police station (safety guaranteed). Getting out from airport express train station can be tricky, read the signs in train station. If you have luggage of almost 40kg in total and been a sole traveler, there is a short but somewhat steep slope to push your luggage up - not easy.
Room includes heating mattress and heated floor which make -7 degree winter feels like autumn. Value for money in overall.4

The hotel is what you expect for the low price near Seoul station. Literally super close to the station. The rooms are small, and the hotel manager makes a point to say that they are. The bed is right beside the washroom, but it’s a good place to stay only for one night. It makes you appreciate all the other hotels you’ve ever stayed at. But we only needed a place to sleep, so we booked something cheap. The bed is super uncomfortable so fair warning, drink lots of soju before sleeping. The hotel manager came and knocked on our door at 10:45am to say it’s time to leave. We got out of the room at 10:48am and he literally took our bags and walked them outside. We were promptly kicked out of the hotel at 10:50am, which is the time he had during check in, but we didn’t know we were going to be literally kicked out of the place LOL. It was a funny experience and we would not stay again.
