Very good hotel. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar. Delicious cocktails. Clean, very comfortable bed with perfect pillows (difficult to find in other hotels), friendly employees, nice breakfast. The only thing could be done better is the European breakfast sweet patisserie for example croissants etc. Near the central station of Seoul (10 min. waking) the bus station is also in front of the hotel. We want to visit again Seoul and we will definitely choose Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul again.

Counter service staff with sincere smile I was very moved this time. Counter staff Phylli and Molly helped me solve some problems with accommodation, With an enthusiastic service attitude and smile, I have never experienced Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul. Their sincere smile melted me, and their service spirit moved me. For the first time, I felt that the service staff of Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul was warm, not a cold service attitude. 1. Incheon Airport takes the airport bus 6005 to the hotel. 2. Walk 5 minutes from the Nandimen Market. 3. The hotel room has kitchen supplies, refrigerators, hair dryers, toothbrushes, bath milk, shampoo and lotion. 4.16th floor has a gym, hot bath and sauna. 5. There are Starbucks, 24 -hour CU convenience stores and many restaurants in the alley next to the hotel.

Have stayed here for the third time. I first came here in 2016 (I think). It was a good stay, so I came back to this hotel in 2018 and 2023. We like to check our rooms before settling in, but when we came in and checked, there were no signs of any pests, and it was all pretty clean. There was only lint and dust if there's anything worth taking note of, and some signs of aging in the furniture. Otherwise, everything else is good. The floor was very very clean. The bed is comfy and just nice. The room temperature is good during winter too. We couldn't really hear the neighbors except for their room door slamming shut from a far distance. But other than that it's quite quiet. We were staying on the 5th floor. Every morning the room cleaning staff will help to make up the bed even if you choose not to change the bed sheets. They have two bottled water, instant coffee and tea in the drawer too. The staff at the concierge are very helpful. We would like to specially thank one of the Korean trainee who is very fluent in speaking Mandarin, and also Eric, who helped us a lot , such as booking taxi a few times and also told us about useful info for getting to places etc. Eric's English is very good and fluent too! The hotel is also very near a few food places which is convenient if you want to eat after checking in. It is also near city hall metro, and namdaemun market. There is also an issace toast just opposite the road, and there's a 24 hours kimbap place just beside. There are Starbucks and Holly cafe right next to it .

My room was very small and the floor was damaged. The hotel is clean and the breakfasts are tasty. The service was generally very helpful and nice, with the exception of one lady from the hotel reception (brunette with glasses), who, when asked by my friend about the smoking area outside the hotel, started shouting like crazy that smoking is not allowed in the rooms under any circumstances. Very strange behavior.

Generally, a pleasant stay in a well located place that’s close to the train stations, F&B and shops. Rooms are quite small but have all the basic necessities of a 4-star hotel. Customer service is quite ok and majority of staff are able to converse in basic English. Recommended hotel if the price is reasonable when comparing with other 4-star hotels in Seoul city.
