Location is very good as everything is easily accessible. Cleanliness and quality of the rooms is amazing for the price. We paid around 120,000 won per night for 2 rooms (1 room with queen and single bed and 1 room with queen bed.) Although many reviews say the rooms are not clean, I disagree. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. The showers are great too; hot and cold water comes out very fast. The rooms come with high quality shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and cups for water. Service was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us some goodies for the road and free bottled water. AC was very good in the lobby/cafe and inside the rooms, but it can get hot in the elevator and hallways. Wifi was also good. Overall, worth every won and great for anyone who wants great hotel stay on a budget.5

best hotel i’ve ever been! all of the people who work there are very polite and charismatic - specially yuna and sunnat! great room service and location as well! totally recommend it and hope to stay there next time i go to seoul!4

Stay there for 6 nights, the location is perfect and very close to subway and walking distance to shopping center and walking street. Friendly reception, small and cosy feel. Everything you need for a simple stay and room is clean and maintain well but the window is small while still good for air refresher. Two things happened during my stay: hair dryer doesn't work and air condition is out of battery. But the staff comes quickly to fix that and replace a new one. It would be better if they can pre check before the customer reported. Would recommend for anyone on a budget4

Room was alright, great value. Location was great too (near Hoehyeon Station & 10 minutes away from the Namsan Cable Car station).
What I loved most was its proximity to local restaurants with a lot of locals and not a lot of tourists, so you know you're at a good spot.3

Service was lovely, the man who checked us in helped me with my bag. But then got to the toom and in the bathroom was a couple of earwigs hanging out with a sandals ~
I showered them down the drain but definitely not the impression you want to make.
The shower also took about 5 minutes to get warm, and the bed was quite stiff. We couldn't find the laundry ~
Overall not great but for only one night it's worth it, just round the corner from the train station!
