Hotel Bene is conveniently located near Euljiro 3-ga station; it is on the right street of Exit 9. Myeongdong is 15 minutes walk away and the best thing is Euljiro 3-ga station is at the intersection of Seoul Metro Line 2 and 3, making it highly accessible to anywhere in Seoul. There are convenience stores, eateries, and Paris Baguette around the long stretch at the underground from Euljiro 1-ga to Euljiro 3-ga station.
My stay here was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious as it was cleaned daily and the mattresses were changed daily. Heater and TV were working fine. However, the cleaner auntie was absent-minded as she forgot to replenish the toilet papers/tissues for 2 days.
Despite all the good facilities in the room, one thing I dislike is that the door of the bathing room and toilet is made of translucent glass door, making it visible to all. A curtain in the bathing room and toilet would be good. Do note that there is no door lock for the bathing room.
Overall, it was a clean and spacious place to stay at.

The front desk doesn't speak Japanese at all. My English is not very good so I need a translation app.
The room is relatively spacious, the WiFi is fast, the cleanliness is...The shower and toilet surrounded by frosted glass are easy to understand when you imagine an old and cheap love hotel in Japan.
Please be careful as the shower room door generally leaks water.
Also, the walls were so thin that it was very noisy to hear people talking and night activities from the next room.
Access is not bad as you can walk to Myeong-dong, but if you are not used to it, I think it would be safer to choose a higher-grade hotel even if it is expensive.

The soundproofing was not good. The location and service were good, but
There was something like the sound of a subway moving...and maybe because it was a motel, there were strange noises...
