Our family stayed at Madrid Hotel during the business trip. And we highly recommend this hotel due to very friendly stuff (they helped us with different kind of information), clean room (stuff make up the rooms every day in any favourable for you time). It was so pretty, when stuff cleaned our room and put kid's toys exactly at the same place, where they have been previously. 귀엽다!!!😍 The rooms seems to be sound isolated, because we celebrated the Korean Football Team's win in game with Portugal's Team. 🌟🥳🌟We are grateful for comfortable staying!5

We visit South Korea once a year for sightseeing and hiking. The Madrid Hotel was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in South Korea since we have been coming to Korea, The place was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and caring about what we needed. A truly a top-notch staff! I recommend this hotel highly!4

To be honest I was a little worried but it’s a great hotel at very competitive prices. There’s a mix of modern and standard equipment. For example you get YouTube and Netflix on the TV. I stayed in hotels closer to Seoul and some even priced higher than Madrid that didn’t have any smart apps. I’m not here to watch TV but having it available is a plus.
The hotel doesn’t have usb charging ports but it does come with three types of usb cables.
It took me a second but the air conditioner controllers are built into the TV remote control.
You get a big jacuzzi tub and a waterfall shower area. The toilet with bidet and dryer is also nice. Higher priced hotels from “bigger” brand names don’t even have these.
There’s a steamer closet for use in the room. I only tried it once but it seems to be decent enough. I had a wrinkly shirt from packing the night before and it took the wrinkles out. Thicker material might take more time to dewrinkle.
There’s a self serve laundry station on the top floor. Detergent and dryer sheets were provided.
It’s a comfortable hotel and the location is super close to the KTX and subway station. Would definitely stay here again.4

Really nice and clean hotel. Free laundry and drying machine are available. Breakfast menu is always the same everyday.3
