Great place to stay in. Its close to all the clubs and shopping stores

Hotel is in Hongdae, which is great for people who like to go out. Rooms exceeded my expectations of a 1star-hotel. I think they had just renovated (considering some of the other reviews). My room had a nice niche where the bed was on. Big tv and nice lighting. Bathroom shower and toilet were separate rooms (so I think the owner of the hotels took note of the reviews). Everything was working and I liked that there was a water cooker. (did miss the bag of complimentary tea ;-) Considering service: we were welcomed nicely, room was cleaned when we asked, so that was okay. If the hall would be clean as well, it would definitely be 5 stars (the dirty hall and staircase is such a contrast with the rooms)

The location is great cause it's very close to all the clubs in bars in hongdae. Staff was very nice. The rooms had a great vibe to them. The price would make me stay there again ngl.

The reception was very impolite they need to copy my ARC but actually didnt inform me before doing it and only after we asked they told us its mendatory for foreigners...... i am still feeling weird about that. First impression of the room was kind of good. Its more clean than other hotels i been in seoul for that price but after some time we noticed some things. The TV didnt work, the bathroom door was letting water out and the supplies like shampoo were not new/or newly filled because they were mostly empty. Luckily we didnt stay that much time because we just needed a place after drinking.

Location isn't too far from Hongdae Street, so food and other points of interest aren't hard to travel to from here. The mood lighting is a nice and trendy choice. Upon arrival the lobby was also playing trendy music like Hip hop and EDM, though it seemed like a choice by the current lobby attendant. The main hotel interior was musty and the carpet very stained. The room had paint missing and dents in the wall. Bathroom does not have a sloped floor nor a secondary drain, so water coming out of the shower, by virtue of shower doors having a gap at the bottom, will end up all over the floor. The shower drain got easily clogged by hair and is impossible to open without tools. The toilet flush button is in an unusual spot, located on the base of the toilet seat close to the floor. Bed is just a mattress on a floor. This hotel was fine for our stay, but the water drain issue and overall appearance was not appreciated. I would try other hotels before coming back to this one.
