Best hotel I’ve stayed at practically anywhere. Restaurant on top floor has delicious food. Best fish and chips I’ve had anywhere. Rooms are luxurious and clean. Even has a steam machine inside the room that automatically removes all the wrinkles on your clothes. The place to stay in Jeju.

Wow. We loved this hotel so much. Maybe the best deal for the price. Room was big annd very clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. We thank the staff that kept it in great shape. The hotel design is very artsy and elegant. Great customer service and a great breakfast. We loved the rooftop restaurant. We visited twice and felt very welcomed and some of the best food on our 5 month trip. Just wow! Thank you to the staff of the restaurant. If you are in Jeju this is your place. We will make sure to come back. Thank you #HotelLeo for a wonderful experience. We really appreciate each of you.

What made this hotel stay really great was the front desk, esp Asst Manager Helen. She went out of her way to help us order delivery; her instructions on how to get to places were clear and she made it a point to ensure we understood the directions. She’s cheerful and made us feel really at home. Great service! Another guy at front desk in a grey suit was also very helpful. All in, I would recommend Hotel Leo, not for its accessibility but for the great service.

The restaurant at Hotel Leo, leo-rooftop, was great! The staff are all very kind and provide great service and the food was delicious. The manager even provided us with free cocktails at the end of our meal.

Very convenient location, very friendly and helpful lady on the front desk. The rooms look a bit dated, the slippers are paper thin, no bathrobe etc. Expect an old 3 star hotel. Good thing is that the room was larger than others in similar hotels. The rooftop is closed on Mondays (the way we were here).
