If you are in Jeju, this is a recommended hotel to stay. It is located at the heart of the city and the cafes and other facilities are within walking distance. The staff are very helpful making the stay more memorable.

Overall the hotel was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. I like the fact that there was a well stocked 7-11 on level 2:) It would have gotten 5 stars if the room was big enough for 3 adults. It was a bit of a squeeze and therefore suits a 2 pax stay. However, I am very thankful for Mr Han at the concierge who helped us resolved a problem promptly and went beyond expectations to help especially as we were pressed for time to leave for the airport.

Location was superb! Many 24 hour restaurants and pubs nearby. It's on a busy street and walking distance to many shops and other restaurants. It's also next to a casino. Room comes with 3 single bed for my family. Comfortable and clean. Strangely the toilet door is glass and doesn't comes with a lock. There is also a 1 cm gap between the toilet goor and the glass panel. If you're driving in Jeju which most people will do as there is no subway, the car park is horrendous. The car park entrance is behind the hotel. There are many indiscriminate parking on both sides of the road leading to the car park. Jeju roads are narrow vs Singapore roads, so I struggled. To make things worse I rented a Kia Carnival for 6 of us. There are nights when I return to the hotel, I cannot even go through the road, I'll need to go by another way. Also the entrance and exit of the hotel car park is very small and narrow. It really tested my driving skills. I'm just wondering if other hotels around the area provide better car parks. I noticed that there are building's car park that uses lifts for cars. I'll avoid those. So if you're driving in Jeju, do consider this point. It's left hand drive, fortunately I got used to it quite fast. Only keep looking left to look for rear view mirror.

duno why walkways have weird smell. room slightly too. the door in toilet have default strength to close back. very irritating. thankfully only for a night. staff is polite

Spacious and clean. However, no air-conditioning as they're considerate of the environment. Fabulous effort for the planet but not one I tolerate for on a holiday, especially since there was no mention of this at booking. Thank you for the service.
