- · Unexpected issues can occasionally delay delivery by 1–2 days

Delivery, pickup & payment
Will my accommodation accept the parcel for me?
Most hotels are happy to hold parcels for guests at the front desk. Policies do vary though, so if you’re staying at a guesthouse or Airbnb, give your host a quick heads-up first.
When is the order deadline?
Anytime until September 13. It’s a limited-time run, so don’t sleep on it!
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes! Delivery is available from September 14 to 21 only, and you can pick any date inside that window. We recommend your check-in date, so the box is there for night one. Just avoid the last 2 days before check-out.
What if the box arrives before my check-in?
Most places will keep it at the front desk. Just say your booking name at check-in. Storage policies vary, so double-check with your accommodation if you pick an early date.
Which accommodations are supported?
Hotels and guesthouses across Korea, plus Airbnb and other private stays. Parcel policies differ by property, so a quick check with your accommodation before ordering is the safest bet.
How should I enter the recipient name?
Use your booking name, exactly as it appears on your passport. If the names don’t match, the front desk may turn the parcel away.
How do I track my delivery?
We ship in time for your chosen date and send you a tracking number as soon as your box is on the way.
Can the contents differ from the photos?
Depending on stock, some items may be swapped for others of equal value, and packaging can look a little different from the photos.
Can I bring the power bank on my flight home?
Carry-on only! Power banks aren’t allowed in checked baggage.
Can I pay with an international card?
Yes, internationally issued cards work just fine.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel up to 7 days before your delivery date and you get a full refund. After that we’ve already started packing your box, so cancellations aren’t possible. Heads up: if you order less than 7 days before your delivery date, packing starts right away and the order can’t be cancelled once placed.
What if the box never arrives or arrives damaged?
If it’s on us or the courier, you get a full refund or a fresh box, your choice of reship. If delivery fails for customer-side reasons (wrong address, missing entrance info, or the accommodation turning it away), refunds aren’t available.
