University of Seoul Application Follow-up Note

Before applying, because I was still working and traveling in Australia, I first asked the official website about application-related questions. The responses were very prompt and helpful, and they did not treat me poorly just because I hadn't applied yet.
Around September, early-bird applications opened. I applied right away and also bought my plane ticket in advance. After submitting the School Application and purchasing the ticket, I calculated the dates and realized the school's review took longer than I expected, so I became very anxious. During the waiting period I kept checking the progress via email, and the Customer Service Staff responded very patiently and politely, which made me feel I received excellent service. The application process was basically very simple, and if the school updated the progress, Creatrip’s customer service would notify me immediately, which is great for people who tend to be anxious.
Originally they said the school would take two weeks from receiving the documents to issue the qualification, but the next day I successfully received the Standard Admission Certificate for the visa sent by Creatrip, so the visa application went very smoothly. However, there was a small complication later: because of a family emergency I had to fly back to Taiwan two weeks after entering, but the D4 Visa is single-entry only. If you haven’t applied for an alien registration card, the D4 Visa becomes invalid the moment you depart the country. So I hurried to apply for the alien registration card before classes started. I checked online and found that with a D4 Visa you can apply before the start of school by bringing the Standard Admission Certificate and the Tuition Payment Certificate. Two weeks after the School Application was completed, I emailed Creatrip to ask if they could request a PDF of the Tuition Payment Certificate from the school. Unexpectedly, they replied the next day and agreed to help inquire, and I received the documents I needed on 11/19 after asking on 11/16. I’m really grateful for Creatrip’s High Efficiency.
I've now been studying for almost two months and am very satisfied. Tuition is inexpensive, the teachers are excellent, and the courses are diverse. Each semester there are two Cultural Class sessions, which are essentially Outdoor Learning and very fun. My instructor happened to be the teacher who tested my speaking on placement exam day and taught very well. I had had Long-Term Korean tutoring in Taiwan, but my Korean teachers there could never solve the grammar problems I didn't understand — their answers were always very vague. Also, classes in Taiwan paid less attention to writing, so my spelling was so bad that my Korean teacher here told me my spelling errors were outrageous. After just one month of classes here, I clearly felt a lot of improvement, and problems that had bothered me for a long time were smoothly resolved thanks to the teachers' expertise. Indeed, the professionalism of the university language program teachers is unquestionable; as they say, comparisons can hurt.
If I had the chance to choose again, I would still have Creatrip handle my School Application. Professional matters should be left to professionals; they respond to questions very promptly and even include one semester's worth of textbooks for free. Textbooks are quite expensive, so the cost-performance is really high. I highly recommend everyone use Creatrip’s channel to handle any school applications — they are definitely better than other agencies and you won’t be left without support after the application is completed.
