For the price it's really good! It's cheaper than many simple pensions around the same area. It's very trendy, it has a cool swimming pool, but you get the feeling that maintenance suffers a bit. Cool design and concept, was more than fine to spend the night. They could create a real parking lot, tho - you park randomly on the sidewalk or on the grass.

The room was normal and had a direct view of the river, so it had a good sense of openness. ~ 35,000 won for a barbecue is not worth it ~ They also provided unlimited charcoal refills, cleaned everything up, and allowed me to freely use plates, burners, pots, spoons, tongs, scissors, etc., and were very kind. However, there are spider webs on the balcony of the room and the air conditioner is not cool.

There was a lack of disposable items such as shampoo and towels in the room, and the room was a bit narrow and there was not enough room to plug in the charger. The water was very cool, and the accommodation was on the first floor, so it was close to the swimming pool, so it was easy to get around. The barbecue area was very nice compared to the room. We were able to freely use cutlery, plates, and pots as needed, and there were aunts who helped us clean up after we finished eating, so it was convenient.

The only advantage is that the swimming pool is right outside the room.
If you bring coffee from outside, they will tell you that you are overdoing it. The basic barbecue fee is 35,000 won for two people, but we paid 55,000 won for two additional people. The service our family received was a seat and charcoal. Scissors, plates, pots, etc. were prepared, but I used disposable utensils because I could not trust the sanitary condition of the dishes exposed to the outdoors. The swimming pool water is very cloudy. There was no smell of bleach. There is an unused pool bar in the swimming pool, and if you drink there, the owner nags you a lot. This means that the water quality can be poor.
The room has one double bed and a single bed, but the aisle is so narrow that it is difficult for two people to cross each other. There is a bad smell in the bathroom. I don't know why. I moved the single bed to put it on, and there was a lot of dust underneath. The route from the parking lot to the room was complicated, so we carried our luggage over the fence from the outside. This is because there is only one entrance. We suggest installing a side door on the outside of the long hallway-style room. There are tables and sofas in the cafe area with a nice, clear background in the lobby, but no one is using them. No, the correct answer is that you can’t. They only sell cup ramen and beer, but it doesn't seem like a place to drink beer with ramen. I strongly deny eating outside food and try not to accept credit cards. I paid by credit card when I arrived, but when I paid the same credit card in the evening, they told me they couldn't do it because of the typhoon. In conclusion, this would be a good place for two people to use the evening barbecue without luggage, buy coffee and drinks inside, and have good skin so they don't have problems with dirty water. The biggest advantage of this place is the view of the Han River and the swimming pool right at the door, but the operation is more unusual than you might think. Something is frustrating. Be careful because there are some guys who come out of the door and nag you.
